FINANCE SPECIALIST
JOB SUMMARY:
Finance Specialist is responsible for month-end close process, account reconciliations, preparation of monthly financial statements and managing accounts payable.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions.
- Track and maintain employee reimbursements, including employee expenses, wellness reimbursement and provider continuing education reimbursement.
- Maintain fixed asset schedule and related depreciation schedule.
- Perform general account analysis and reconciliation, including bank accounts, fixed assets, accrual and prepaid expenses.
- Prepare and record finance journal entries for month-end.
- Prepare and analyze monthly activity and evaluation of fluctuations in revenues and expenditures along with A/R reports, monthly cash collections, trends in aging categories, bad debt write-offs, contractual adjustments, and billing productivity.
- Prepare monthly financial statement and reporting for review by the Director of Finance.
- Assist the Director of Finance with budgeting, financial reporting requirements, federal grant management and independent audit.
- Handles confidential information with tact and discretion on a need-to-know basis as specified in Promise’s finance and personnel policies.

JOB SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to perform many maintenance, safety, and management tasks that promote a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for employees and patients.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Maintain day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or conducting necessary cleaning of interior and exterior areas as well as oversees waste management, garbage collection, product deliver, and other operations.
2. Monitors, schedules, and performs repairs, as well as, oversees exterior maintenance, including sidewalks and parking lots in preparation for changing weather conditions.
3. Ensures proper security measures for the workplace, including collaborating with security system vendors or a team of security professionals.

9. Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors (i.e. moving, plumbing, roof repair, heating & Air, maintenance, etc.).

REQUIRED SKILLS:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Coordinator (RN) oversees the quality improvement and risk management program within the health center, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting improved health outcomes. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Design, direct and oversee implementation of Quality Improvement (QI) program with the guidance of the Medical Director and QI committee.
- Lead monthly Quality Improvement Committee meetings and serve as liaison to Board Quality Improvement Committee and other QI-related workgroups and committees as needed.
- Monitor QI/QA outcomes and determine best manner to report outcomes to staff, board, and other entities.
- Ensure implementation of QI/QI operating procedures and related assessments.
- Assist with EHR and other software that support QI/QA program, including developing reports and processes to aid departments in reviewing their patient populations, their work flow and other essential health center service processes.
- Design and direct implementation of risk management program including identifying potential areas of vulnerability and risk and implementing follow-up actions as necessary.
- Provides consultation to the COO to assess and provide training for staff as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Obtains patient history and performs physical examination. Orders and interprets diagnostic studies, prescribes medications and treatments with an emphasis on preventive health.
- Designs, implements and evaluates plans of care, utilizing sound clinical judgment. Assesses physical, psychological, emotional, social, and environmental needs of patients.
- Supports women and families in preparing for childbirth and with regard to birth options during pregnancy and preparation for childbirth.
- Articulates knowledge of FQHC health care measures and clinical standards of care. Articulates the mission of Promise and seeks opportunities to promote the Center’s mission through outreach.
- Demonstrates importance of preventive health services and recommends preventive health measures for patients and families in developing health care plans.
- Provides family planning services in collaboration with all members of the health care team and community partners.
- Promotes the role of Certified Nurse Midwife, and Promise through healthy behaviors, healthy lifestyle self-care skills, as well as through education and counseling.
- Meets required standards in documentation of the medical record. Completes all correspondence in a timely manner, making p hone or other contacts to patients and referring medical providers as needed to assure that standards of patient centered medical home are met for Promise patients.
- Effectively utilizes community resources for Promise patients by informing families, using resources and referring patients and families.
