Promise Community Health Center is excited to be adding another Family Medicine Physician to our Promise team!
Emily Tuschen, Promise CEO shared, “I am very pleased to be adding a new physician to our current team of medical providers. With increased physician availability Promise will increase patient capacity, decrease wait times, and overall improve patient outcomes. This next step allows Promise to have the highest potential for the future and we are excited to be in this position.”
Promise Community Health Center Family Practice Medical Team currently includes five amazing providers, Dr. Del Lassen, M.D., Medical Director, and advanced registered Nurse Practitioners, Tana Kass, Emily Leinen, Sarah Hietbrink and Roleen Walgenbach.
The team also includes registered nurses and medical assistants, also interpreters for spanish-speaking patients are integrated as part of each provider team.
Amy Kleinhesselink, Promise CEO also shared, “Promise is excited to be adding a new physician position to our family medicine team. Promise continues to grow and adding to the team will allow for improved access to excellent care provided by our team of providers.”
The new Family Medicine Physician will provide primary health care services to patients and families in accordance with health care plans mutually established by provider and patient, and will follow policies, procedures and protocols established by Promise.
