To support our providers, each medical team includes registered nurses and medical assistants to ensure comprehensive care. For our Spanish-speaking patients, interpreters are seamlessly integrated into each team to provide clear and effective communication.

Our team includes Certified Nurse Midwives Audra DeGroot and Kari Ney, who bring years of experience in pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care. They are supported by a skilled group of registered nurses and medical assistants who work together to ensure you and your family feel informed, supported, and cared for every step of the way. With a focus on holistic, family-centered care, our Midwifery Care Team is here for you, from your first prenatal visit to life after birth.

The Vision Team at Promise Community Health Center is dedicated to helping patients see clearly and care for their eye health at every stage of life.
Our team includes local optometrists Dr. Dan Clousing and Dr. Aric Waltz, who bring trusted expertise and compassionate care to each visit. Together, they provide comprehensive eye care in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

At Promise Community Health Center, our Mental Health Team is passionate about walking alongside individuals and families on their journey toward emotional wellness.
The team includes skilled therapists Yaby Doornink, Jennifer Plathe, and Ashley Tuvera, as well as bilingual therapist Osiris Ordaz and Kailee Jenness, and bilingual Registered Play Therapist Rebecca Mangold, who brings specialized support for children through play. Additionally, the mental health includes Emily Leinen, a Psych Nurse Practitioner who is able to diagnose and treat mental health illnesses.

The Population Health Team at Promise Community Health Center is focused on helping patients navigate their health journeys with confidence and care.
Led by Population Health Manager Amanda Rickard, the team includes Nurse Health Coaches Lorilyn Van Dyke and Tara Vyn, who offer personalized support and guidance for healthy living. Ruth Hernandez serves as the Population Health Navigator, connecting patients to vital resources, while Andrea Gonzalez coordinates transportation services to ensure access to care is never out of reach. Together, this dedicated team works to remove barriers and promote wellness for every patient we serve.
