Promise Community Health Center is excited to welcome Dr. Madison Borchers, OD, to its Vision Team. A Sioux Center native, Dr. Borchers is thrilled to return home and provide high-quality, compassionate eye care to the community that helped shape her.
After graduating from Sioux Center High School, Dr. Borchers pursued her education and gained valuable clinical experience caring for patients at Macha Family Eye Care in Indianapolis and Beaver Eye Care. These experiences strengthened her passion for helping patients of all ages protect and improve their vision through personalized, comprehensive eye care.
Having grown up in Sioux Center, Dr. Borchers has known about Promise Community Health Center since it first opened. She has always admired Promise’s commitment to making quality healthcare accessible to everyone and is excited to now be part of that mission.

As an Optometrist, Dr. Borchers is passionate about providing patients with exceptional vision care. She looks forward to helping children and adults maintain healthy eyesight through comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and managing eye conditions, prescribing glasses and contact lenses, and educating patients on the importance of lifelong eye health.
