From the moment patients walk through the door, her warmth and genuine care shines through. Kris’s impact extends far beyond her professional duties. Her infectious positivity, radiant smile, and quick wit have brightened the days of everyone fortunate enough to be her patient or work alongside her. It’s Kris’s genuine connection with her patients that sets her apart. She makes them feel like family, creating a sense of belonging and comfort that is truly special. Kris is the epitome of the Spirit of Promise, and it is with immense gratitude and admiration that we present her with this award.

Ruth has shown outstanding performance day after day by continually putting patients first. Ruth is humble yet confident, flexible yet decisive. She continues to grow in her role by seeking out opportunities to further her education; most recently by passing the National Certification for Medical Interpreters and the Clinical Health Coach certification. Because of Ruth, no patient falls through the cracks at Promise. Ruth exudes Promise’s mission with every patient, every staff member, and at every encounter. She is a bright star with a heart of compassion and we are proud to name her this year’s “Spirit of Promise’.
