Healthy Heroes 5K & 2K Race / 1 mile Family Fun Walk!
August 22, 2020 – Start Time: 9am

Join us for the 3rd annual Healthy Heroes event! This is a fun and exciting event for the entire family!
The day starts at 9am with a kid friendly 5K on the beautiful bike trail winding through the colorful Dordt Prairie. PLUS a 2K kids Run!
At 10:30am the energetic and dynamic Physical Therapy Department from Sioux Center Health will lead us through super hero warm-ups and exercises that are sure to get you laughing and having fun!
If the 5K seems daunting join us for a 1 mile walk/ jog with fun “hands free” activities and obstacles along a quiet, welcoming Sioux Center neighborhood.
Throughout the morning visit the socially distanced booths at the health fair with interactive learning and opportunities for prizes!
