Promise Community Health Center will now be offering seasonal clinic hours on Saturday mornings. Saturday appointments are reserved for acute visits only; including any non-life threatening illnesses: cold, flu, ear ache, sinus infection, fever, rash, minor cuts, burns and bruises, nausea, sore throat, and more. These services are reserved for when you need care, but don’t need to go to the emergency room. The hours for the new Saturdays during cold/flu season clinic are 8 A.M. to noon.
To schedule a Saturday appointment at Promise, please call our patient representatives at 712-722-1700. Appointments will be scheduled the morning of and phones will open at 7:30am. This convenient clinic option will serve patients who need care for the treatment of a sudden illness or injury outside of regular clinic hours.
