The Addink Community Service Award is presented annually to an individual, team, business, ministry, or family who has made a positive difference in communities, through volunteering, leading, and impacting lives.
Today we are excited to recognize Iowa’s very own U.S. Representative, Randy Feenstra as the recipient of the 2022 Addink Community Service Award.
Representative Randy Feenstra is a lifelong Iowan and native of Hull. He has worked for many years to support causes that benefit the rural communities of Northwest Iowa, including agriculture, business, and healthcare.
Promise Community Health Center is honored to shine a spotlight on Representative Feenstra’s advocacy for better healthcare including lower healthcare costs, lower medication costs, and increased access to healthcare in rural America. His efforts have been noted nationally and statewide.
Representative Randy Feenstra stands beside community health centers, their employees, and most importantly, the patients served. He is a passionate supporter of the most vulnerable patients, advocating for change, access and health equity.
Community health centers serve the most vulnerable members of our society, and I have a deep appreciation for the men and women who support the 250,000 low-income and medically underserved Iowans who rely on these critical services,” said Rep. Feenstra. “As a passionate supporter of community health centers and our healthcare workers, I am honored to receive the 2022 Addink Community Service Award for my work to expand healthcare in rural communities and advocate for personalized patient care. I will continue to work with my colleagues in Congress and Iowans across the 4th District to support our community health centers, our healthcare workers, and patients.– Congressman Randy Feenstra
