Fuel Your Family – at the Sioux Center Public Library
Kids are home from school, which means a new routine is in place. Unfortunately, this routine does not include the help of the amazing school lunch staff. Fuel your family with nutritious make ahead or fast prep meals made from home with the family budget in mind. Join PCHC nurse health coaches, social worker, and interpreter for an evening of snack and light bite inspirations complete with taste testing. Health coaches will offer insight into kid nutrition needs with these nutrient dense and kid approved recipes to meet the needs of their growing bodies. Leave the event encouraged and with an idea book filled with recipes to feed these kids!
Join our team on June 20th at the Sioux Center Public Library from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.
