FLU SHOT DRIVE-UP CLINIC

Head over to Promise Community Health Center on Wednesday, October 7 from 3pm to 6pm for your flu shot.

Nurses will be ready in the east parking lot to give you and your family your shots either from in your vehicle or in chairs set up right by your vehicle. When you are done you will get a FREE ice cream cone coupon from Dairy Queen!

Some tips to keep in mind when you are planning to attend:

1. Remember your photo ID and Insurance Card
2. Adults – Wear loose clothing to show your upper arm
3. Kids – Wear loose clothing and shorts
4. Have the correct forms filled out and ready
