Promise Community Health Center is an IOWA TOP WORKPLACE!
Promise Community Health Center has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2022 honor by The Iowa Top Workplaces in the Small Business Category. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The Des Moines Register’s Top Workplaces partner, Energage, interviews workers from participating employers on questions about topics that include work-life balance, leadership, benefits, and job satisfaction.
