The Spirit of Promise Award was created to celebrate and recognize employees who exemplify and inspire positive values and behaviors. This staff member is selected based on outstanding dedication, initiative, motivation, positive attitude, and customer service.
The Spirit of Promise Award is awarded each year to an employee who meets the following eligibility criteria:
- The nominated staff member must have outstanding performance and demonstrate consistent dedication, initiative, motivation, positive attitude, and customer support to those with whom they interact.
- Staff members must have been employed as part time or full-time employees for the past 2 years, as of December 31, of the previous year.
The winner of the 2021 Spirit of Promise Award was Courtney Brock!
Courtney has been an employee of Promise since April of 2018 working as a clinic nurse. Courtney goes above and beyond every day to ensure the success of the clinical department and organization as a whole. She is incredibly helpful in guiding patients through their visits while ensuring they are well-educated and comfortable. Courtney has a joyful attitude and is always smiling. She is encouraging, helpful and an all-around amazing person. Courtney can always be counted on to lend a hand, fill in where needed, and be culturally sensitive. She is early to work and late to leave – ensuring all of her patients have been taken care of. She is an excellent role model to her coworkers – she is compassionate, caring, and dedicated to Promise patients and our community. She is a joy to work beside and a true blessing to all of us. Courtney is “The Spirit of Promise”.
