Came for a medical exam from out of town bc this clinic offers more affordable care!! They have Spanish speaking staff which is very convenient for Spanish speakers. Nice and professional healthcare workers. Easy to get a hold on by phones which is great.

Kari and Kris were perfect and they were so calming and encouraging throughout the process. We enjoyed the opportunity to experience a water birth.

My favorite part of labor and delivery was being so in awe that I finally did what I wanted and birthed at home and unmedicated. Kari Ney and Kris Tinklenberg were nothing short of amazing and all of Promise Community Health Center were very welcoming. Promise staff provided the support you don’t get anywhere else, I felt like I was at home.

One of our highlights was being able to talk to Jeannette Hasley about any concerns and questions we had. She was so great at being open-minded, supportive, knowledgeable, and kind. During labor, Jeannette was so calm and Kris Tinklenberg was so caring – the home birth was better than we could have ever imagined!

We loved seeing Kari Ney and Kris Tinklenberg for our prenatal visits, it was the highlight of our week! Kari and Kris are the best delivery team! We felt instant relief when we saw their face on delivery day. The home birth team was so calming and efficient and it allowed us to have a great birth experience for the 3rd time with Promise!

Promise CHC has not only a variety of wonderful services, but also a very caring staff. I have received excellent dental, OB, and family health care. Promise truly is a great asset to the Sioux County region.

Beth Faber, in the billing department has gone above and beyond to help me figure out insurance and billing issues I was having. She was willing to have me come in, and discuss issues with me. Every time I would call, she would answer with such positivity and willingness to help. Thank you, Beth, for being such a light of positivity, during difficult times.

One of our favorite moments during prenatal checkups was getting to know Jeannette, and how kind and supportive everyone was with our other children. The delivery was so wonderful, and the rest and recovery was fantastic! Our favorite moment during labor and delivery was the prayer time by Kris!

Some of our favorite moments from our home birth experience were the supportive nature of the visits, the expertise and knowledge of our midwife Jeannette Hasley and nurse Kris Tinklenberg, the genuine care for baby and mom, and the skillful delivery that made the challenges seem simple!

During prenatal checkups, Kari Ney listened intently to all of my questions and concerns and made sure to answer them thoroughly. I loved that the care throughout pregnancy felt individualized and personal. Kari Ney and Kris Tinklenberg were a calming presence during my labor. They encouraged me when I was ready to give up and helped me achieve my dream birth!

During prenatal checkups, the nurses made sure our children felt welcomed and were given attention. We enjoyed our midwife and nurse’s company during labor and delivery, feeling taken care of by them during the post-birth experience as well. We felt listened to when we had questions and the Promise staff was professional and kind!

So thankful for this practice and the caring staff! I love my provider and feel cared for physically, emotionally, and mentally.

During prenatal checkups, our favorite moment was hearing our baby’s heartbeat!

The intentionality of our midwife, Audra DeGroot, was our favorite part of the prenatal checkups. We also appreciated how much the midwife and nurse checked in on us post-birth!

We loved building a relationship with Kris and Kari at our appointments and talking about our hopes for our birth experience. We loved being able to cuddle and relax in our own bed, enjoying the bliss right after Thea was born, while being cared for by Kari and Kris.

My favorite moment from labor was being at home with my husband and laboring the way we wanted, with calm music and our birth pool. It was so special and amazing, and we wouldn’t trade it for the world!

Although I was considered a geriatric pregnancy, I was treated no differently. Every visit I had at Promise was informative and very positive. Kari Ney arrived at the labor and delivery with only minutes to spare, but she kept us as calm as possible and the baby was born after she arrived!

Promise staff were warm, caring, and welcoming in all ways. We also appreciated the teamwork among midwives and nurses. We were all so excited and happy when the baby arrived!

We loved the care we received at each prenatal visit, Promise staff made us feel encouraged and empowered. Kari and Kris were fantastic. The care I received was absolutely wonderful. Kari Ney always gave plenty of time for us to ask questions. Although labor and delivery was long and tough, it was so worth it.

The personal relationship, level of care, and time Kari Ney gave to each question and concern we had was the highlight of our prenatal care. We loved being in the comfort of our own home with such a caring home birth team!

We loved working with Kari Ney and Kris Tinklenberg, they were wonderful at making our two older kiddos feel included in the appointments. We love that during the prenatal checkups, big sister Ava was included in the visits and was able to listen to her baby brother’s heartbeat. Our favorite part of the labor and delivery was finally being able to hold our little boy and the amazing feeling of accomplishment after it was finished. We had so much wonderful care and support!

Even though we were first-time parents, we never felt treated as such. We felt empowered after each prenatal checkup. It was so nice to be able to move around and do what felt comfortable during labor and delivery. We will never forget having Roslynn be put on mom’s chest after she was born!

Our favorite part of the prenatal checkups experience was hearing our baby’s heartbeat and seeing her in ultrasounds! We loved having the support of our family there during labor and delivery, and seeing our daughter’s beautiful face for the first time.

We loved the staff at Promise, everyone was very supportive and respectful of our medical choices. Kari Ney and Kris Tinklenberg were a great team and arrived at the perfect time during labor and delivery. I was so grateful to get to experience a home birth, it was my smoothest delivery yet!

The best parts of our Promise experience were hearing our baby’s heart beat for the first time and finding out the gender!

We always felt so genuinely cared for during prenatal checkups, at every turn I was met with a listening ear and a loving response. Our favorite part of the labor and delivery process was praying with Kris Tinklenberg and Jeannette Hasley. We loved that we didn’t feel rushed and were able to let baby decided when it was time!

Kari Ney and Kris Tinklenberg were so wonderful and helped me in the labor and delivery process to get into the correct positions to help us see our baby sooner!

Promise staff provided a warm and welcoming environment from the very first prenatal visit. We felt heard, valued, appreciated, and that our views and decisions were respected. During labor and delivery, we felt supported, reassured, comforted, and empowered from start to finish!

Kris Tinklenberg and Kari Ney were amazing! They were always willing to listen to what we needed/wanted in labor and were very encouraging!

Kari Ney and Kris Tinklenberg were kind, knowledgeable, and not fear-based. We love how much the team loved on our boys during each appointment. Kari and Kris made us feel safe, loved, and cared for. It was truly one of the most wonderful experiences I’ve had!

Kari Ney and Erica Robertson were so encouraging, especially when I was getting discouraged. They were a beautiful calm presence, we were so thankful to have their support during little Talia’s birth!

The assistants are very kind and efficient and the doctor treats the children with a lot of patience and love. The truth is that I am very happy.

Two of my children needed back to school eye exams, they do not have insurance and I am grateful for this program at Promise.

Our prenatal checkup highlight was how welcoming and helpful everyone was at Promise. We loved seeing baby Rhodes!

Our favorite moment during prenatal checkups was having Avery up on my lap and listening to Payden’s heartbeat. Another great moment was hearing baby Payden’s heartbeat when Kari Ney arrived at our home!

Our baby arrived during a blizzard with windchills of -40. We were thankful for the Promise Community O.B. Staff and their willingness to make the drive. The care we received at Promise is unmatched. We drove over an hour each way because we felt it is worth it to be seen and treated the way Promise does.

My mom had a dental emergency while visiting from out of town. Promise got her in to see the dentist that very same afternoon. I am very impressed!!!

Home birth was truly the most incredible experience. From the amazing clinic staff to my birth dream team, Kari and Kris, we enjoyed every visit and felt comfortable through every step. Our home birth was everything I imagined and hoped it would be. Kari and Kris provided a level of knowledge and freedom every mother deserves for her birth time. Forever thankful for this facility and those who guided us in welcoming our baby girl at home.

Our team during prenatal checkups was very thorough and gentle, they made sure I and the baby were well taken care of. The home birth team made the environment very peaceful and calm throughout the whole process — It was amazing!

The dentist I saw and the dental assistant were amazing, they actually listened to me and what I needed. It was the best experience I’ve ever had and I have super bad anxiety about dentist but they put that at ease.

We loved being able to grow a relationship with Audra De Groot prior to delivery. We appreciated being able to have a Christ center birth at our home!

Receptionist was helpful efficient and kind! Dentist was informative and my foster girl was not afraid and liked him.
