Promise Community Health Center is excited to celebrate National Health Center Week on August 6-12. This annual celebration aims to celebrate and bring awareness to all of the Community Health Centers in the country. By raising awareness, we can continue to grow and serve all of those in our communities.
While each health center is different, we all share the same goal; to provide quality care and support to our community members. As Community Health Centers, we aim to make healthcare affordable and to provide preventative and primary care to our patients. Throughout the week, we will be sharing ways Promise continues to do this and how we impact our community and our patients. During National Health Center Week, we will highlight what our front-line providers and staff do, as well as our appreciation for our patients.
This year’s theme for National Health Center Week is Community Health Centers: The Roadmap to a Stronger America. In following this theme, stop by Promise for our patient appreciation days while you are on the road! We will have wellness packs for families that include some Promise information, merchandise, road trip activity sheets, and more! We want to show how grateful we are to our patients and how much we appreciate that they choose us for their care.
