Kasey and Britt received their prenatal care for Miss Josephine Endellion from Certified Nurse Midwife Kari Ney at Promise Community Health Center in Sioux Center, Iowa, and OB Nurse Kris Tinklenberg, part of the home birth team from Promise.
The Farrells opened their home for Josephine Endellion’s home birth in Sioux City, Iowa. Certified Nurse Midwife Kari Ney and OB Nurse Kris Tinklenberg helped deliver Miss Josephine during the birth at their home.
Josephine was welcomed into the family by big sisters Lydia (10), Therese (8), Genevieve (5), and big brother Killian (2).

Our providers take the time to respectfully explore that question. Patients must be located within 75 miles of Sioux Center, have a low-risk pregnancy, no history of cesarean section and no major medical history.
