DESDE 2008

Promise Community Health Center abrió sus puertas en Sioux Center en el 2008 y opera como el único centro de salud calificado federalmente que sirve al extremo noroeste de Iowa.

Promise offers medical care, prenatal care, mental healthcare, population health care as well as dental and vision care.

We also offer nurse health coaching, clinical pharmacy and affordable medications, lab services and immunizations, interpretation and translation, and various other services.

Our outreach staff will assist you with filling out complex paperwork, help arrange for transportation or interpret for you. We help you overcome whatever barriers you may face to health care.

In the future, Promise will constantly adapt to meet your health-care needs because we understand that the services you need today might not be what you need tomorrow. That’s our promise to you!
