Promise Community Health Center is once again celebrating the achievement of being among the top workplaces in Iowa. For the third year in a row, we have been recognized as a Des Moines Register Top Workplace for 2023. The Top Workplace list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. Employees are surveyed on topics that include work-life balance, leadership, benefits, and job satisfaction. This recognition is a testament to our commitment to fostering a positive and supportive work environment for its employees.
