Promise Community Health Center’s 15th annual “Evening of Promise” Celebration

– Thursday night, October 10, 2024
– Terrace View Event Center, Sioux Center
– Doors open 5pm, event starts 6pm
– Lorraine Nieuwsma catered prime rib dinner
– Presentation of the Addink Community Service Award
– Entertainment, our favorites, The Dueling Duo, dueling pianos!

We would love to see you there! Here are two ways you can attend:

1. Purchase a ticket or tickets (2 tickets max) at a discounted price of $30/staff.
2. Invite 6 friends, neighbors, community members or family members to fill your table of 8 and you will get 2 tickets (for you and your spouse or “date”) for FREE.
   1. You will still need to fill out the form for you and your 2^nd ticket
   2. Your friends/family sitting at your table NEED to fill out the ticket form here: https://promisechc.org/event and put YOUR NAME as their table group and pay for their tickets here as well.
   3. You DO NOT need to collect the money for their tickets, they will just fill out the ticket form like everyone else and pay right there!

The more people that attend, the more info gets out about Promise, the more education we can do about who we are AND the more money we will raise for our chosen project! This year the project we are fundraising for at an “Evening of Promise” is the Saving for Smiles Fund!
