National Health Center Week will take place on August 7-13. The goal of this annual celebration is to highlight and celebrate the work of health centers all over the country. It is important to be able to recognize how far we have come and where we can continue to grow.
Community Health Centers are able to serve their communities by providing quality healthcare at a fraction of the cost. Health care workers are there with you in your joys, goals, triumphs, and sorrows. This week will allow us to come together to recognize our front-line providers, staff, and patients. During this time, we will be sharing the ways Promise Community Health Center impacts our community with innovative ways to provide preventative and primary care to our patients. Stay tuned for the different ways we celebrate this week.
The theme for this year’s National Health Center Week is Community Health Centers: The Chemistry for Strong Communities. In following this theme, stop into Promise this week for patient appreciation days all week long! We love our patients and are so grateful that they choose us for their care.
